Talking Books Library

​​​​​​​​The Talking Books Library serves as West Virginia's regional library of the National Library Service (NLS) for the Blind and Print Disabled, a division of the Library of Congress. It provides direct library services to individuals, libraries, and other organizations who cannot use traditional print material due to blindness, visual impairment, permanent or temporary handicap, or learning disability.
