State Reference Library

The State Reference Library is located in the Culture Center on State Capitol grounds in Charleston.  It serves state agencies, the legislature, libraries across the state, and the public, providing traditional and digital library services, internet access, and education and information programs.  The library offers research assistance, access to federal government documents, social media, consumer technology training, and library collection assistance.
