2020 Grants-In-Aid Forms Are Now Available

​​The FY2020 Grants-In-Aid Forms are now available.  Please visit https://dev-librarycommission.wv.gov/Librarian/Pages/Grants.aspx to download the forms. Please note that due dates have changed from previous years.  Affiliates must return all completed and signed forms to the Service Center Library by April 12, 2019.  All forms are due to the Library Commission no later than May 1, 2019.  If you do not have an approved budget by May 1, please send in a draft budget for FY2020.  Once your budget has been approved, please forward a copy to the Library Commission.  All budgets should be approved prior to the start of the fiscal year on July 1st.  

In addition to the forms, the FY2020 MOE Calculation Worksheet has been posted to assist you in completing the Estimated MOE Worksheet.  The figures used in the MOE Calculation Worksheet are pulled from the Bibliostat Reports you submitted for FY2016, FY2017, and FY2018.  If you feel there is a discrepancy, please contact Jennifer Johnson at Jennifer.l.johnson2@wv.gov or 304-558-2041.
