West Virginia Culture Center in Charleston
Since 1929, the West Virginia Library Comm​ission has assisted public libraries in developing a culture that values reading, education, and freedom of access to information.  By providing access to numerous resources, services and programs, every West Virginia library is a place to Explore, DiscoverCreate!   

The Library Commission aims to provide West Virginians access to information needed to be informed, productive citizens; enhancing the service capacity of public, academic, and school libraries, and meeting the needs of West Virginians with disabilities.
